X International scientific and practical conference for early career researchers and students «SOFTWARE ENGINEERING AND ADVANCED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES» (SoftTech-2026)
We are glad to invite scientific and educational workers, students, postgraduates, doctoral
students and representatives of the IT industry to take part in the X International Scientific and
Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students “Software Engineering and Advanced Information Technologies” (SoftTech-2026), which will be held on May 6-8 2026 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Conference organizer: Department of Informatics and Software Engineering, Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Conference objective: engaging students, young scientists, and IT industry representatives in
discussing current challenges in the field of software engineering.
Main themes of the conference:
1. Modern programming languages, paradigms, architectures, and programming methods.
2. Quantum software engineering.
3. Parallel and distributed computing.
4. High-performance computing and Big Data processing.
5. Database and knowledge models.
6. Methods of software testing, verification, quality assessment, and optimization.
Format: online on the Zoom platform.
Conference dates: acceptance of papers for participation in the conference – until May 1, 2026.
The conference proceedings will be published online by May 11, 2026.
Requirements for Conference Participation: To participate, it is necessary to send abstracts of the report and an application for participation to email address softtech@lll.kpi.
ua or conf_softtech@ukr.net and receive a response about accepting the job. The accepted
papers will be published in the the conference proceedings and placed in the domain zone
kpi.ua. Students studying at the bachelor’s or master’s level of higher education are invited to
participate only in the presence of a scientific supervisor. There is no registration fee.
Requirements for papers. Papers should be sent in Ukrainian or English (from 2 to 5 pages
of A4 format). The organizing committee of the conference checks for plagiarism and reviews
submitted works. Materials that do not meet the established requirements will not be published. Detailed requirements and an example of papers can be found at the following link:
