Congratulations our graduate Alexander Cherkassky!

On January 25, 2018 our graduate is Alexander Cherkassky became a finalist of the BEST CIO 2017 in Ukraine.

In 2017 he took part in the contest for the best IT-director of Ukraine, and took the honorable second place.

About the contest:

Best CIO is a unique contest for our country, which started in 2008.
The goal of the project is to identify the best IT Directors (Chief Information Officer) of Ukrainian companies, identify the most professional managers, leaders in their industries. One of the important tasks of the contest is to raise the profile of CIOs both in the companies where they work and in the market in general.
The contest assesses the level of maturity of the IT infrastructure of medium and large organizations of Ukraine, but the decisive factor in choosing winners are the professional qualities of the participants, helping them to take their enterprises to the market leaders.

Methodology:

The selection process for the finalists and winners of the contest was developed by experts of the IT technologies market with the active participation of the contest partners.
During the selection round, the participants were offered two questionnaires that were compiled on the basis of modern practices in accordance with CobiT, based on methodologies of the Gartner Group and MIT, as well as the suggestions of the finalists and winners of this contest over the previous years. This questionnaire includes more than 70 questions grouped into 8 subsections: the general organization of management processes; management of IT assets; Identity management and access rights; Information Security; backup and restore of data; teamwork; business systems and applications; cloud computing.
The Best CIO is assessed by an authoritative jury consisting of representatives of organizers and partners, market experts, as well as a number of IT directors who have become winners in the competitions of previous years.
