Interdisciplinary International Conference: “Sciences and Innovation for Sustainable Development”
After signing a memorandum of cooperation between the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and the University “Eqrem Çabej” (Gjirokastra, Albania), the Department of Informatics and Software Engineering actively participated in the implementation of joint scientific and educational initiatives.
One of the practical results of such cooperation was the organization of the International Interdisciplinary Conference “Sciences and Innovation for Sustainable Development”, which will be held on July 2–3, 2026 in a hybrid format. Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is a co-organizer of the event together with leading universities in Europe and the world.
An important role in the preparation of the conference is played by the teachers of the Department of Informatics and Software Engineering – Assoc. Prof. Ph.D. Svitlana Popereshnyak, Assoc. Prof. Ph.D. Yuriy Oliynyk and Ph.D. Vladyslav Sokolovsky, who are members of the scientific and organizational committees. Their participation ensures the representation of the scientific interests of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in the international environment, and also contributes to the integration of Ukrainian researchers into global scientific processes.
