Technological HUB FIСE has started its work!
According to Anatoliy Boyko, co-founder of the public organization IT Education Development, the opening of the FIСE HUB is the most anticipated event this year. This project will give students the opportunity to work on their projects with mentors from IT companies, gaining practical skills, and implement new ideas. Now there will be all the necessary conditions for this.
This is the first educational project for Ukraine in a format in which business representatives, students and teachers can interact in practice and create real products.
On the basis of HUB FIСE it is planned to hold lectures, workshops, conferences and hackathons for students of IT specialties, as well as the organization of laboratories where students will work with mentors from Ukrainian IT companies.
This project started with the rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute by Mykhailo Zgurovsky. From the beginning, he believed in the idea of creating a HUB, gave us a large room on the territory of our faculty, where you can implement everything planned. In addition, our goal was joined by patrons-graduates of KPI, who are actively helping to solve our ambitious task. Thanks to the joint actions and efforts of all participants in the process, today we are ready to announce the launch of the HUB in test mode, “- summed up the Dean of the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering Sergii Telenyk.
